Fashion blogger, sustainable fashionista, environmental advocate and champion for women empowerment, Patricia’s passion for sustainability and fashion developed while studying luxury fashion at Bocconi University, Milan, and sustainable operations and marketing at Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business. She is cofounder of the supplier sustainability program for a national telecommunications company where she challenges the status quo. “Courageously inspired and passionately creative,” describes Patricia perfectly!
As a sustainable fashion blogger, Patricia’s beauty with a purpose project is the “Future Fashion Initiative.” With ten percent of greenhouse gasses emitted by the fashion industry, the overconsumption of fashion is a major contributor towards climate change. Patricia has partnered with local women’s sustainability charities, by hosting webinars and sharing resources with women on how to dress their best to increase their confidence in the workplace while taking into account the sustainability impacts of their fashion choices.
